Job Description:
As a Talent Recruitment Associate at Sciative Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by ensuring the identification and selection of high-quality candidates for junior positions. Your responsibilities will involve shortlisting resumes, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, managing candidate documentation, and facilitating the offer process. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication will contribute to the successful recruitment and onboarding of talented individuals to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Resume Screening:
Shortlist high-quality and relevant resumes of junior positions.
Document and update each candidate's credentials in the system.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct first screenings of candidates.
Document detailed comments from the first screenings.
Discuss first screening feedback with the hiring manager on a daily basis.
Interview Coordination:
Smoothly coordinate aptitude tests and interviews.
Ensure timely evaluations of the aptitude tests.
Coordinate in-person interviews with the candidate.
Send calendar invites to the candidate and interviewer in advance.
Send reminders (via email and call) to the candidate and interviewer.
Coordinate with the interviewee on the day of the interview.
Take feedback from the interviewer on the candidature.
Offer Process:
Collect the past 3 months' payslips of the candidate if selected.
Prepare the salary break-up after discussing with the management.
Diligently fill up the offer release form and obtain management signature.
Share the offer intent with the candidate.
Store the offer release form in the 'offer release form' folder.
Impactfully negotiate the offer if a counter offer is provided by the candidate.
Finalize the offer in conjunction with the management.
Finalize the joining date.
Reference Checks and Documentation:
Complete reference checks over phone calls.
Document reference checks in the 'reference check folder.'
Escalate if reference check is negative and perform a root cause analysis.
Coordinate with the candidate for any support needed before joining.
Handover interview notes, past payslips, and reference check documents to the HR Operations team on the day of joining to create the employee's file with all necessary documents from the TA team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Associate or similar role.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
