Making recommendations to the company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Requirement:
The candidate should be well-spoken and have a good command over the language.
The candidate should be a graduate in any field. (Postgraduates will be preferred)
The candidate should be presentable and well mannered.
The candidate should possess Excellent communication skills
