JOB DETAILS
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and help us fill our open positions with quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in BFSI hiring experience_ Insurance domain recruiting and Its WFH Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions in BFSI hiring experience_ Insurance domain domains
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
• Proactively identify and recommend new recruitment sources and methods
Requirements:
• 0.9 to 3 years of experience in BFSI Hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other sourcing methods
• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruiting for the IT industry will be an added advantage
