End to end recruitment, Sourcing & screening of candidates, knowledge of full Recruitment life cycle.
2. Primarily sourcing the candidates through various sources.
3. Screening the profiles, as per the requirement.
4. Conducting preliminary telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
5. Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up.
6. Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query
7. Updating and maintaining the database, generate daily reports and update them.
8. Excellent knowledge of Job Portals, Naukri, Social Networking Sites and other job posting sites.
9. To strategize, direct and ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
10. Do monthly Performance measurements and reporting to the Management and suggest
11. Correcting action where ever applicable
12. Conduct Yearly PMS using the KRAs and the leadership attributes grid to be prepared for the organization
13. To identify other Value Added Methods for Sourcing other than Portals
