Roles and Responsibilities
Source, Review and analyze resumes using various sources like Job Portals, Staffing agencies, references etc.
Processing offers are per set criteria's and process within the given timeframe.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process of hiring to exit.
Solving employee queries related to hiring, salary, background verification etc.
Candidate Preference -
3 to 5 years of experience in to Non-IT / FMCG hiring will be preferred.
Must be fluent in speaking Tamil language as this role will be taking care of hiring for Tamilnadu and Kerala states.
