Job Description:
To source Life Insuranace sales profiles from job portal for India's 2nd largest private insurance company
To source sales manager positions from job portals, excel databases and social media as per the role requirements given location wise Pan-India level within the defined timelines
To deliver 10 joiners per month - Target based job. Do not apply of you cannot work with targets.
Sourcing, screening, telephonic interviewing, short-listing and arranging for candidate interviews with business in coordination with Zonal HR point of contacts as per the drives listed in the roster
To find the best suitprofiles for various life insurance sales channels from the given database
Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage of screening to joining stage
Update all candidate interactions in internal database accurately and on a timely manner
To be compliant and adhere with the call script provided to maintain quality standards of interviewing process laid down by TA team
To coordinate with Team Leader/Sr. Manager in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage ofall salespositions
To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
