Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate will have to create and maintain hiring protocols and ensure that the hiring process adheres to the protocol.
Strategies human resource growth plan for company and execute
Source candidates using various job portals, emailers, and consultants and create a pipeline of candidates.
Set up interviews and debrief line managers after interviews
Issue offer letter and record candidates acceptance
Set up the infrastructure for the candidate before joining and ensure induction and job-specific training happens on time
Maintain separation processes and weekly reports.
Provide induction and basic training to employees
