Data Mining through Team Mapping.
Conducting the HR round of interview.
Screening the resume after having a detailed discussion with the candidates.
Co-ordinating the entire interviewing process.
Updating the candidates with regards to the interview feedback and negotiating the offer terms.
Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.
Scrutinizing and short-listing profiles by using various resources (i.e. Job sites, Head hunting, networking sites) based on specific criteria, skills, domain, platform, qualification and relevant experience.
Maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
Taking care of retentions and referral payouts.
