We have an exciting opportunity for Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resource Team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Building a strong pipeline of qualified and potential candidates
Sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates by using Job portals, databases, social media and other tools
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the line managers as per their availability
Act as a point of contact for candidate and line manager during interview process
Develop talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Maintaining various databases
Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 Yrs of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
Must have experience working on job portals
Should be an expert in Screening and Sourcing right candidates
Desired Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Accountability
Build & Leverage Relationship
Negotiation Skills
