Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with Vendor or Consultancy in terms of Line-up, Payout, Updating status of Candidates on daily basis.
In house Co-ordination with Management & Operations regarding Monthly requisition.
Arranging a Batch as per the Requirement of the Process
. Maintaining data base of Daily walk-in Tracker & Preparing PPT for monthly review.
Taking initial round of Interview & forwarding ahead for further rounds , after Selection On-boarding Candidates.
Gathering Candidates in bulk from Consultancy Drive & Job Fair.
Working on Job Portals for Support hiring and Associates such as shine.com, Naukri.com, LinkedIn
