Full job description
Specific Responsibilities:
Handling End to End Recruitment.
Handling calibration calls with business for new position & understanding the JD & Role.
Managing complete recruitment life cycle i.e. (Sourcing – Pre-Screening – Scheduling Interviews – Preparing Fitment - Compensation Negotiations – Offer release)
Handling Offer Approvals from Manager to HOD, Sending offer letter. Follow ups and networking with candidates for notice period for references and joining date.
Identifying reasons for offer drop and implementing the solutions for these problems.
Creating backups on each drop out.
Knowledge on Market mapping.
Managing Employee Connect (From Releasing the offer to post joining)
Preparing MIS for Recruitment Review
