Recruitment / Selection:
· Sourcing candidates from various job portals.
· Responsible for hiring of Nurses, Paramedical Staff across West
· Responsible for end to end recruitment process. (Medical, Non-Medical and Para-Medical Category)
· Taking interview round of an employee and proceeding for further process.
· Taking follow up from the candidates after sending offer letter till the joining.
· Other Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for sending different Letters: Appointment letters, Offer letters, Confirmation letter, Warning Letters etc.
Ø Responsible for Arranging Virtual Employee Engagement activities every week.
Ø Responsible for counseling Blue collar employees for Covid Precautions.
Ø Giving training and induction to employees about company policy.
Ø Giving seminar to employees on Quality Management, Personality Development, Grooming etiquettes etc.
Experience in Handling Bulk Hiring of Nurses, Doctors, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists, Backend Staff, Blue Collar Hiring for COVID Vaccination Project across region
