Filling positions within an organization.

Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Helping in preparing job offers.
HR Recruiter Requirements:
Bachelors in human resources.
A minimum of 1-2 years experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
