1. Good in Communication.
2. Experience in handling job portals such as naukri.com / Linkedin / Shine / Monster etc).
3. Should have experience in sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, candidate back ground checking etc.
4. Experience in handling positions from mid level to senior levels.
