Job Timing 12pm (noon) to 9pm
· Relevant Skills and Experience:
· End-To-End recruitment from sourcing to joining
· Screening resumes, Assessing candidates for ensuring company compatibility, qualification match and cultural fit.
· Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
· Telephonic screening & short-listing candidates as per the Job Description
· Performing in-person and telecon interviews with candidate in coordination with seniors.
· Performing reference and background checks
· Coordinating with the candidates and clients till they are on boarded
· Pre-joining documentation / Post joining documentation.
· Qualities :
· Discerning, with top-notch decision-making skills.
· Excellent desktop research skills.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
· Empathic and helpful, but firm.
