We have an opening for HR Recruiter in our corporate office i.e. located in Andheri (E).
Job profile:-
Collecting staff requisition from department head.
Searching Candidates in the Job portals
End to end recruitment.
Sourcing from various channels.
Understand and recruit for niche profiles.
Interacting with candidates thereby building a good rapport.
Recruiting as per the requirement of our organization.
Screening Candidates as per requirement.
Coordinating with them and Schedule interviews.
Maintaining Proper Follow up and feed back of recruitment with both Candidates and Superiors.
Solving all queries about salary.
both Candidates and Superiors.
All other correspondence work as directed by Management
