JOB DETAILS              
To provide recruitment specialist support to meet business objectives. The position is responsible to cover India and the Middle East & Africa from Mumbai for full scope recruitment; a high volume of both technical, business support and some niche professional positions, which include identifying, presenting and selecting top qualified candidates to hiring managers. Support recruitment in other locations as directed. Key Responsibilities: Effective recruitment efforts will be conducted through direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet, resume database, employee referrals, appropriate trade and industry organisations, and recruitment agencies. Responsible for recruitment in India and the Middle East & Africa area and other locations as directed – initial CV sifting, interviewing candidates via telephone and/or face-to-face interviewing, rejections, creating job descriptions for job boards, updating the website. Maximising effective use of new technologies, social media, referral schemes, as well as SuccessFactors database and talent community. Ensure excellent Recruiting methods and related processes. Responsible to cooperate in rolling-out Recruiting initiatives. Effective use of Successfactors including the use of candidates' database, recruitment management system and contractor management system. Actively promote and education hiring managers and business managers on the use of Successfactors. Maintain an excellent and ongoing working relationship with defined internal and external clients. Builds and develop external relationships with talent at all levels within area of industry expertise. Build strong relationships to respective HR Business Partners and Business Managers to meet their demands. Liaise with HR counterparts to ensure all offer letters and contract packs are distributed in a timely manner. Actively promote the employer brand to maximise the attractiveness of the trust to potential candidates. Ensure that our profiles are up to date. Manage recruitment agencies and or external search partners where appropriate for searches working with the broader team to ensure consistency in approach. Ensure recruiting procedures remain updated, well understood, legally compliant, develop where needed and suit the organisations cultural and business requirements. Develop and deliver a tactical resourcing plan for the next year to maximise the ability to recruit high quality staff. Providing recruiting reports to Business Managers or HR counterparts when requested. Provide Recruiting expertise on business related recruiting demands. Being involved in dedicated Recruiting projects within Asia and Middle East & Africa.
