We're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is tailored for individuals with 0-1 years of recruitment experience who are eager to embark on their career journey in talent acquisition. As an Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process by aiding in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.Responsibilities:Assist in liaising with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements and devise recruitment strategies.Aid in sourcing candidates through diverse channels like job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.Participate in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to gauge qualifications and suitability for roles.Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates and interviewers.Support in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.Maintain orderly candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Assist in facilitating the onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 6 months -2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
