JOB DETAILS
1. Responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
2. Stakeholder Management with Specific Intervention Heads and Spocs for Recruitment hiring.
3. Sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience
4. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
5. Able to close min. 7-10 positions in a month
6. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications required for this role
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of recruiting experience with bulk hiring and leadership hiring, specially from NON IT background
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
