Full job description Position: HR Recruitment specialist Location: Saki Vihar Road, Sakinaka, Powai, Mumbai IT Data Center Project Job Summary: As an HR Recruitment Specialist at Jett 4 Construction Private Limited, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to join our dynamic team. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure that we have the right talent in place to meet our project needs. Your role will be instrumental in identifying candidates who not only possess the required skills and experience but also align with our company culture and values. Key Role and Responsibilities: · Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans for various positions within the organization. · Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. · Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. · Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and providing timely feedback to candidates. · Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. · Extend job offers to be selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and start dates. · Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics using our HRIS and applicant tracking system. · Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in our recruitment processes. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or a related field. · Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting candidates for various roles. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. · Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
