Responsible for end to end recruitment activities.
· Arranging hiring drives as required for closure of positions.
· Maintaining backup candidates as and when required to mitigate risks.
· Salary negotiations
· Joining and exit formalities
· Leave data management and administration
· Candidates with good communication skills.
· Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
· Should be capable of handling work pressure.
