l Advertise job opening on company’s career page, social media, job board stand internally.
l Send job offer emails and answer queries abount compensation and benefits.
l Participate in job fairs and host in house recruitment events.
l Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
l Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
