Urgently Looking for IT Recruiter or MBA HR Fresher for European based recruitment Company. We have an office in Andheri, Mumbai. Looking for Immediate joiner or 15 days notice. The salary range would be between 12k- 18K ( Can negotiable for excellent candidates). Good to have IT recruitment experience. Should have excellent communication skills as they have to interact with the onsite team also.

In 2013, we were a group of IT leaders working in the IT industry facing same problem repeatedly: how to recruit skilled IT professionals? We had been using recruitment services for some time and discovered that recruitment/ headhunting agencies didn’t quite understand what type of talents we needed. We found that services available on the market didn’t meet our requirements. After several meetings and brainstorming sessions, we decided to fill in the market need. We established ICT Direct Finland Oy, the first and the only recruitment agency specialized in IT recruiting and headhunting in Finland.
We have improved our recruitment and headhunting methods since then to cater specifically for the recruitment conditions of Finland and other Nordic countries. Development of our practices is an on-going process – we carefully listen to our customer’s feedback and constantly follow the latest trends in the IT industry.
