Experience handling end to end recruitment and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method of sourcing
Source CV's from Naukri, or other channels such as referral, social media, etc.
Coordinate with manager and make sure positions closed on time.
Conducting Background Verification for employees
Execution of well-planned induction programs
Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies
Manage Exit formalities up to final dues settlement
Other Generalist activities.
COMPETENCIES
1-5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Good Interpersonal relations skills
Problem-solving and Analytical skills
Good expertise on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Added advantage if worked on SPINE HRIS System
