Deciding salary of Employees as per current market standard.
Job posting on Various Job Portals Like Naukri, Indeed, Monster and etc. Websites, Social media network sites.
Coordinate and follow up with clients through Email and Telephonic.
Maintain Candidates Details Like, their Joining Date, Salary Details & Etc.
