Key Responsibilities & Job description:
Responsible for End to End Talent Acquisition
Sharing reports to Reporting Manager & HR
To work on assigned requirement till joining in given TAT
Prepare and maintain daily Dashboard
Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, HR Interview, Offer discussion, Salary negotiation, documentation, Joining Formalities of selected candidates
Maintaining Internal database, coordinate with stakeholders
Requirements:
End to End Pre and Post Joining Formalities and HR Induction
Work on various portals including Naukri, Linked-IN, Hiring from Institutes, References, Head Hunting
Maintaining Day to day Master Tracker
Offer letter and code generation on ERP
Follow through the compliance and processes
Managing and maintaining database and MIS
