JOB DETAILS
1) Should be very good into sourcing, screening, interview follow-up, documentation, post joining follow-up etc
2) Extensive experience into end to end recruitment from IT / Non-IT section or into Bulk hiring.
3) Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
4) Proficient in the use of Job Boards, Social Media and other means of sourcing the right candidate
5) Good understanding of head hunting , lateral and volume hiring , mass mailing, screening
6) Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7)Client Handling-
As a SPOC being in constant touch with the client for the No of Line ups and Feedback on daily basis.
Coordinating with the client for any queries or update on Requirement.
