Should have a good professional recruiting experience which could include agency, sourcing or general HR experience.
Sourcing relevant profiles as per the requirement.
Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidates.
Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee Database and to ensure that all documents and databases are updated in a timely manner.
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the relevant requirement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
Maintain good Relations with the team peer group.
