Job Description
Mentioned below are Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment
Screen the candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, communication skill
Create and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Work proactively with other team members
Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
Conducting Induction
Coordinating with stakeholders for a technical round of interview.
Night shift : 7:00Pm to 3:00Am
