Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark. Independently own and deliver on sourcing strategy including search, candidate engagement, etc. Ensuring that all employees hired as per the defined TAT. Maintain interview schedules/candidate reachout. Assist in operations. Assist in campus processes. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with minimum of 6 months to 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in non-tech hiring with excellent search and screening skills using various modes e.g job boards, social media, professional networking etc.
