***This role has benefits of Paid leave of 1 sat and 4 sunday + 1 sick/ casual leaves in a month total 6 days + Flexiblity to choose work from 10 am or 10.30 am to 5pm/ 5.30 pm of min 6 hrs in a day and Saturday to devote 5 hrs only***
Job Responsibilties :-
Handling end to end recruitment cycle for NON -IT Recruitment
sourcing CVs through Naukri/ Indeed/ Apna Job/ Linkedin (as required) & job posting on Various platforms like free job sites, linkedIn and other sources
Excellent & rigorous Telephonic screenings with candidate
Formatting of CVS as per Internal Firm policy, schedule interviews, offer discussion & negotiation, follow-up and coordination at all stage till replacement policy
Internal coordination with the Director and basic Excel sheet tracker or client tracker needs to maintain
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
