Should have good communication skills.
Source and recruit appropriate candidates by using databases, social media, etc by understanding the nature and importance of the requirement.
Source passive candidates through a cold call, scheduling.
Screen candidate's resume and job applications.
Hand-holding the candidates till they join.
Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
