We are looking for an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
What you'll do:
● Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all positions in a highly competitive market
● Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the positions.
● Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
● Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports.
● Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
What we seek:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
● Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process.
● Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
● Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
