To ensure validation of staff requisition form & JD of each position.
Tie up with recruitment agencies. Ensuring all the agreement formalities and their timely payment
To use recruitment portals on regular basis so that the dependency on recruitment agencies is minimum & thereby reducing the cost
Designing & publishing quality advertisements to attract suitable manpower
Liasioning & negotiating with staffing agencies (Third Party) on terms of relationship & ensuring all statutory compliances for contractual hiring (If Any)
Floating various Employee Referral Scheme and motivate employees for its maximum usage
Devise and maintain various Recruitment related tracker
Ensure receipt & checking of daily manpower report
Maintenance of Employee referral MIS, Recruitment agencies MIS, Daily interview status tracker
