Talent Acquisition, with full life cycle of recruiting experience, identify, shortlist, screen, induct and on-board the qualified, suitable Professionals to fill the respective roles. Minimum 2 Years in Recruitment.
1. Discussing the need from different internal stock holders to understand the recruitment need.
2. Preparing specifications, scope & the nature of the job with appropriate attributes, for the required candidates.
3. To advertise desired candidates through various channels, viz. online portals, references, social media and Campus hiring, etc. to find the right fitments.
4. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills & experience to ensure the right fit for the company.
5. Conducting initial screening and scheduling interviews by following the criteria strictly.
6. Induction, Training & On-boarding of the new employees.
7. Efficiently handle joining formalities & Exit interviews.
8. Adhere to the management requirement from time to time.
9. Prepare an MIS report of the employees.
10. To assist the accountant in payroll processes.
11. Be present during the project launches & give inference of the capabilities of sales-forces
