Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sourcing - Posting the new requirement on job portal and Updating requisition MIS.
2. Screening - Telephonic screening of suitable candidates and sending relevant CVs to TL for further screening and Sending TL approved CVs to the hiring manager.
3. Interview - Scheduling telephonic/personal interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager.
4. Salary negotiation & Telephonic reference check process handling.
5. Offer processing and Position closure.
Note - This is 1 year company contract job, basis the performance person will be taken on rolls. This job will require daily coming to office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate with very good recruitment skills.
Need to have atleast 2 years of exp in recruitment.
Well versed with naukri portal.
