Job Summary
To Call up Potential Candidates and Screen as per internal client mandate through telephonic interviews
Evaluate candidates and create candidate profile on company HRMS
Coordinating with the Clients/ Area Managers & placing the right candidates
Following up with candidates to ensure trials & training are completed on schedule
Work towards meeting Placements & Revenue targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Call on candidate leads/ Respond to candidate calls on job advertisements.
Schedule for an interview at the office.
Evaluate candidate fitment in line with company values & objectives.
Create Candidate profile on company HRMS
Schedule for onsite trials.
Ensure Trials and training are completed as per schedule
Update MIS

Interviewing, Typing, Recruiting, Human Resources Sourcing, Communications, Data Entry
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should be comfortable speaking in Hindi/ Marathi.
Good data entry skills - Typing speed & accuracy.
Previous experience of hiring blue-collared will be preferred.
Result orientation and willingness to exceed set targets and earn incentives.
