Job Description:
Are you an experienced recruiter and talent research analyst with a flair for finding top talent in specialized fields? Join our team and take the lead in sourcing the best candidates for a specific area of expertise. Your role will involve a blend of strategic talent acquisition and candidate research to shape our workforce.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Craft and execute effective strategies to pinpoint top talent within your specialized field.
Candidate Engagement: Discover and engage with potential candidates through networking, job boards, and social media.
Research Excellence: Utilize diverse tools and resources to identify promising candidates who align with our requirements.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates to ensure they match the role and our company culture.
Offer Negotiation: Master the art of offer negotiation and help close deals with successful candidates.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Performance Goals: Strive to meet or exceed daily placement objectives and monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record as a recruiter, specializing in targeted areas.
Networking Prowess: Strong networking skills to connect with potential candidates.
Research Aptitude: Exceptional research and analysis skills to uncover hidden talent gems.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
