Mining Data of potential clients in the Middle East through online search engines, LinkedIn, references, cold leads and networking.
Cold approaching via email, social media and telephone.
Researching the Clients websites and requirements and coordinating with the Operations Team to create an effective client servicing strategy customized for each client.
Keeping record and updates of the Profiles
Regular follow-ups with Clients and candidates as and when necessary, to ensure closure of the recruitment assignment.
Plan and prepare business presentations
Maintain the CRM database of the company
Develop effective working relationships with clients
Creating marketing material, emailers, brochure content, website content, acquiring client testimonials.
Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company
Job Description (TL / Senior level / Managerial level) -
Interact with Clients at the beginning of the Recruitment assignment to thoroughly understand their requirements.
To guide Recruiters through the recruitment process.
To screen candidates and provide a shortlist within 24 - 48 hours of taking up the assignment.
To prepare ad Copy for online / newspaper / social media advertisements based on existing Templates.
To follow up on invoicing, payments and to maintain detailed reports of current and completed recruitment assignments.
To achieve Company Targets by training and motivating recruiters to maximize their potential and groom them for further growth in the Company.
