Full job description
Cognigix is hiring a Recruiter having 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment through various sourcing channels including job portals. Looking for a result oriented person with good communication skill and ability to drive closures through consistent follow-ups and coordination.
Sourcing candidates from various CHANNELS – Job portals, education institutions, training institutions, social media, etc. Ensure that our jobs are optimized on all social media platforms
Working closely with internal and external stakeholder to gain a comprehensive understanding of the partners hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across all active roles till closure - sourcing, interviewing, selection, coordination, follow-up with candidates, etc.
Create and grow a database of qualified active/passive talent pool
Continuously partner with internal and external stakeholder to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Prepare & maintain MIS and ensure timely reporting.
