The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Mumbai
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1-3 Years
Responsibilities:
1. Screening and shortlisting resumes from various Job portals, social networking sites, references etc.
2. Contacting candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the Managers.
3. Coordinating with Managers and Scheduling Interviews.
4. Following up with the candidate until Joining.
5. Handling end-to-end recruitment process. (Non IT and IT requirements)
6. Maintaining the database of all the candidates.
7. Building professional relationship with managers and candidates and enhance the network.
8. Preparing Salary Structures and Offer Letters
9. Negotiating Salary by coordinating with Managers as well as Candidates.
10. On-boarding of candidates and solving employee queries.
