JOB DETAILS
The incumbent will lead the end to end HR gamut with focus on Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) for C'est la Vie Elite Health & Lifestyle Club, Invincible and Mia Cuccinna renowed brands in South Mumbai.
Responsibilities
Initially 80% time and focus shall be on Talent Acquisition and 20% on other HR activities
Understand various job roles and profiles in Hospitality Industry
Create Job Descriptions and Specifications keep Job Fit and Culture Fit a priority and
Identifying sources of Recruitment
Developing communication to attract talent
Post vacancies on various platforms, referrals and IJPs
Select the right candidate through various interview rounds.
Offer candidates
Shall be responsible for Onboarding and Orientation of the new joinees.
Payroll and Compensation management, HR operations, Grievance handling, employee documents and files, training and development, appraisals and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fresher to 1+ years' of recruitment or HR Operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidates who have worked for hospitality will be preferred.
The position is based in C'est la Vie Elite Health & Lifestyle Club office in Bandra West
