Screen candidates through primary interviews (external candidates) and online testing.
Engaging candidates, building rapport, and assessing suitability for live and pipelining vacancies.
Shortlisting and presenting those candidates who are the best possible fit for the role.
Track and provide relevant stakeholders data for monthly actual and provisional recruitment.
Work in conjunction with the onshore recruitment team to ensure fulfilment of all roles
Conducting briefing calls with Recruiters.
Ensure all roles are sourced in an effective and efficient manner appropriate to the role.
Screen and short-list CVs for all vacancies, improving the CVs to Interview to Hire ratios.
Organize interviews, ensuring that all candidates are fully briefed about the role and location prior to meeting with the hiring manager.
