Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Experience – 2 years to 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities-
Extensive experience in Full Life-Cycle Recruiting, from advertising, sourcing the candidate, interviews, negotiations, closing the hire and delivering the candidate.
Mass mailing, Job postings, reference building, head hunting.
Pre-qualify short listed candidates as per company’s guidelines.
Scheduling of interviews, conducting preliminary interviews.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
Answer candidate’s queries regarding the application process
Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Help new hires onboard.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office is required
