1. Hands-on recruitment experience is required.
2. The use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through networking, direct
approach, referrals, campus hiring, etc.
3- Screening Cvs based on the given criteria, shortlisting them, taking initial telephonic
Interviews and VC .
4. Posting job ads on different job portals, building internal database, resume management
5. Scheduling job interviews and onboarding the candidates.
6. Undertaking end to end recruitment cycle
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be a Graduate/MBA and have experience (1 year or above).
Laptop and Internet Connection is mandatory
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive, go-getter attitude
Hands-on experience on Job Portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Linkedin etc is preferred
