2. Key Responsibilities Support Senior Manager – Manpower Planning & Recruitment in forecasting and preparing the annual manpower plan by working closely with the Regional/Functional Heads and analysing attrition patterns across the organization Receive staffing requests from various functions/regions and verify their alignment with the finalized manpower plan; Report any deviations to Senior Manager – Manpower Planning & Recruitment Lead the recruitment of positions in the corporate office in operational and professional bands including short listing candidates, preparation of selection schedules, identification of panel members for various stages of the selection process etc Support the recruitment and selection process for positions in the Managerial band and above in terms of lining up interview panels, coordinating with interview panelists, making travel arrangements for outstation candidates etc Identify sources for campus recruitments such as premier educational institutions/ target campuses/ professional institutions and enable relationship building with the identified institutions Conduct timely pre-joining / joining formalities (background checks, pre-employment medical check-ups, verification of all original documents submitted by employees, etc.) for all new joiners in corporate office and employees in managerial band & above Coordinate with the security team/BGV vendors for support in timely completion of pre-employment verification checks for all employees Ensure the conduct of induction and orientation programs for the new joiners in managerial band & above Handling various HR processes like DBF, GPA, PF related matters Publish all scheduled report on time with accuracy and provide MIS reports basis management requirement. Maintaining Employee Databank on HRIS platforms (Fusion and PEoplSoft). 3. Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators 1. Ensure effective recruitment process · Adherence to timelines in completion of recruitment plan · Joining ratio (persons joining as compared to the total offers made) · Cycle time to fill positions by Bands · % usage of alternate channels for recruitment (job portal, direct, referral etc.) 2. Ensure the effectiveness of recruitment related processes · Feedback received from new joiners on the effectiveness of the induction process · % Adherence to timelines for completion of pre-joining formalities 3. Maintenance of MIS and documentation · Timely and accurate maintenance of MIS on recruitment details in terms of recruitment TAT, rejection ratio, interview costs etc 4.
