HR Recruiting Specialists Responsibilities: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity. Job Description: Payroll Executive Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, compliance, deductions, taxes and third party payments) Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams Maintain accurate records and prepare reports Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions employees.
