JOB DETAILS
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing for each open position.
Create job descriptions.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Conduct prescreening interviews.
Orientation & Joining & Exit Formalities:
Making & Issuing Offer Letter; Appointment Letter; Transfer Letters; Termination Letters, etc.
Taking Exit Interviews & Exit Formalities.
HR Induction & Staff Introduction.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Preparing and sending offer packages.
Ability to headhunt and good networking skills
Posting Jobs and Good knowledge of handling all the job portals (Monster, Times jobs, Naukri)

We are setting up a Mineral Beneficiation plant with an investment of over 150 Cr in Ivory Coast. We currently employ about 180 Indians at site since last 15 years.
