The role of a Talent Acquisition Associate involves the following tasks, functions and
responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals & social media
Source and attract candidates from multiple sources including databases, job portals, social
networking sites, referrals, cold calling, mail blasting, and self-data banks
Create a talent pool for current and future requirements and maintain a database
Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates, conduct online test, schedule and conduct
interviews using various

The ideal person would possess the following: *
At least 1 years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and orally, as to communicate professionally with recruitment partners/agencies and potential candidates
Confident, diplomatic and tactful - demonstrating high levels of confidentiality
Strong candidate assessment/processing skills
