Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Responsible for end to end recruitment, Requisition management, Vendor management, volume hiring, Candidate management.
Screening, short listing of resumes and Initially interviewing the candidates on the basis of skill sets, Experience, Location
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels( e.g:- social platform and professional networks)
Responsible for volume/ Bulk hiring thought walk-in and scheduled drives, Advertisements.
Responsible for Plan interview and screening calls, assessments and in personal interviews.
Asses candidate information, including resume and contact details.
Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
Follow up: for Getting the Feedback From the managers and following up the selected candidates till closer of the position
Maintain Daily, Weekly and monthly hiring report and send to Reporting manager.
